Workplace chair massage actually mirrors a lot of the same benefits as getting a full body massage from the spa except it eliminates the need to travel and makes it more accessible to those who might not otherwise consider it. 

Don't sweat this one! While we prefer looser, comfier fitting tops/clothing, we also understand your workplace may have a dress code! We can absolutely work around all types of clothing. 

Customizable, however, for more effective results we recommend 

20-30min sessions per person.

We require a minimum of 3 hours to a maximum of 6 hours per workplace.  8-36 has been an estimate based on our current accounts. 

We can make almost any space work, however, we prefer a meeting room or empty office space so we can create a little oasis away from the workplace!
